The objective of the Doctorate of Psychology in Grief Counseling program is to expand on the foundation of grief counseling and the psychology of grief and mourning through advanced in depth lessons. Skills such as treatment planning, therapy techniques and ethical issues management are gained and expanded on throughout the required program courses. Additionally, students will conduct research and contribute new knowledge to the field with a Doctoral Thesis.
