What Will Learn?

Welcome to Counseling Theory & Practice. a Bachelor Level course in the curriculum for the Degree, Bachelor of Counseling Psychology.  I am pleased to instruct you in this course, which will be a fundamental course for the remainder of your studies in the bachelor program.

This course provides an overview the theoretical models and treatment methods common in the counseling profession.  Additionally, it provides you with the opportunity to identify how various mental disorders and better match them to specific treatment strategies.

I know that as you take the time to learn as much as you can about counseling methods, theories and strategies as they apply to specific mental disorders.
