This course will prepare you to work in the field of counseling and education. In this course, you will investigate fourteen separate clusters of instruction related to the field of educational psychology. This is a 4 credit hour course and is allotted 6 weeks of time.
Educational Psychology
The term “educational psychology” is the scientific and psychological study of human learning. It focuses on how human behavior and cognitive development both influence someone’s ability to learn and retain information. When you can understand human learning, it becomes easier to create course curriculums and teaching methods to make learning easier for students.
An educational psychologist understands how to test people by giving them a series of educational activities to perform. Based on the results of these activities, the psychologist can determine which activities help people learn the most. Sometimes people of different ages, genders, and other demographics will be tested to see if disparities exist between them. It all depends on the purpose of the test and to see which scientific question about education is being answered.
Educational Psychology is an advanced educational course of the Accelerated Master of Education Degree program at American International Theism University. In this course, you will investigate fourteen separate clusters of instruction related to the field of Educational Psychology. After you’ve completed the course successfully, you will have the skills and knowledge needed to work in the field of counseling and education.
There are virtually unlimited job opportunities in the education field. You could find a job as a teacher, professor, guidance counselor, or school psychologist in educational institutions all around the world. You could work in grade schools, colleges, universities, or vocational schools.
The course offers a total of four credits toward your Master of Education Degree. You are given 6 weeks of time to complete the course. All of the classroom work is conducted online, so you will never have to visit a physical classroom at any particular time. Instead, you can study at your own leisure without following a strict schedule.
